- ParcelPool offers daily service4 to most USPS DDU facilities in Alaska.
- ParcelPool has made special arrangements with local Post Offices to fully qualify all packages for “Early-Bird”5 delivery. This means nearly all packages a postal delivery unit receives in the morning will get delivered that same day.
- ParcelPool’s unique, hybrid delivery model offers as-need “White Glove” delivery service by ParcelPool drivers. Packages delivered with our “White Glove” service may include instances involving oversize packages, high value items, where street delivery is not available, etc.
- Our drivers are ParcelPool employees, not contractors, and wear ParcelPool uniforms displaying appropriate company identification.
- ParcelPool maintains return addresses throughout the state, so that non-deliverable packages are quickly returned.
- Packages are air freighted directly into remote locations lacking adequate overland access.
