• ParcelPool is fully eVS qualified.1, 2 This means we can rapidly process and dispatch your packages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.3 No need to wait for on-site USPS verification. We are the only eVS qualified carrier in Puerto Rico!
• ParcelPool delivers to approximately 85% of Puerto Rico’s 4 million residents via USPS DDU. All remaining packages are delivered to the Parcel Post Annex in Cataño Puerto Rico for SCF induction.
• Puerto Rico has unique addressing challenges, and non-deliverables are an ongoing issue. ParcelPool has developed special software to apply and verify correct Puerto Rico urbanization codes.
• ParcelPool’s unique, hybrid delivery model offers as-need “White Glove” delivery service by ParcelPool drivers. Packages delivered with our “White Glove” service may include instances involving oversize packages, high value items, where street delivery is not available, etc.
• Our drivers are ParcelPool employees, not contractors, and wear ParcelPool uniforms displaying appropriate company identification.
• ParcelPool maintains a return facility in San Juan so that non-deliverable packages are quickly returned.
• Packages are air-freighted directly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan.
